Tenderflix 2011 Premier Screening & DVD Launch

Tenderpixel & tenderproduct present T E N D E R F L I X : a selection of experimental film, video and animation shorts.

Since 2008, Tenderpixel has been collaborating with Rushes, heading the experimental component for the Rushes Soho Shorts Festival. This DVD compilation was critically chosen from an extensive call for submissions and juried competition. It provides an opportunity to view some of the most intriguing contemporary experimental films from all over the world.
Tenderflix 2011 will be available for purchase at tenderproduct: here is possible to buy Tenderflix 2010 and Tenderpix 2009, past years version of the compilation.

For the 4th year, Tenderpixel will convert into a mini-cinema for a week, as part of the RUSHES Soho Shorts Festival. This year’s screening includes:

Saturday July 23rd will feature also the Flicker Alley Day at Tenderpixel Gallery which celebrates the cinematic heritage of Cecil Court including screenings, lectures and events.

We are also proud to present in the top floor of Tenderpixel an installation by art & design collaborative Garudio Studiage, as well as, live cyber performances by California artist, Morrisa Maltz throughout the day.
